Not sure if that is the "skunky" taste you are talking about, but it is something I've noticed.

Cheers!
Kevin
beerandcoding.comKevinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06493321326831765055noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21271644.post-24340391057592462692009-11-25T13:29:54.069-08:002009-11-25T13:29:54.069-08:00Anyone had problems with skunky Ninkasi bottles la...Anyone had problems with skunky Ninkasi bottles lately? And I've drank a lot of Sleigh'r. Being in Eugene, it is THE seasonl most bars in town have on tap.

I haven't actually tried Sleigh'r this year, but I've been told that the recipe hasn't changed. It is on my short list for part two of my winter taste-off.

Kevinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06493321326831765055noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21271644.post-29118991957317551462009-11-24T12:28:13.716-08:002009-11-24T12:28:13.716-08:00I am a big fan of Ninkasi. I love Total Dom and their double red too, though the red can be a little boozy for my tastes.
