Their tap lists tend to be limited to highly hopped ales, or very dark stouts and porters. They seem to miss the entire range of beers that are medium bodied, nicely balanced and elegant. I agree that sometimes they could have a more inspired tap list given the number of rotating handles, though I'd still rate them in the top 10 if not top 5 beer destination in town. It helps foster a feeling of community and it brings attention to some of these smaller brewers who might use this as an opportunity to get some publicity. Maybe Rogue is hosting a small festival for brewers to socialize with each other?
