Not that far from Fuller's OBE.<br /><br />I've just been sent a brewing record for an American Burton Ale from 1904. It's a low-attenuating yeast and it leaves a good bit of sugar behind. It wasn't particularly sulfury (at least I didn't think so). <br /><br />Pete, the Burton Ale yeast isn't a real requirement of the style. Any good English yeast will work.
