  1. Jeff,

I took some out of town guests to the Pelican Pub as part of a visit to the coast. My buddy is a pretty big hophead, as am I and we were struck by the Elemental this year. The hop element comes forward in the middle of your drink - and perfectly grassy. I hadn't been impressed in years (?) past, but this is a winner.

  2. Just had an Elemental today. I concur, upfront hop aroma and very round in the mouthfeel. For 111 IBU's it's very drinkable.
