Okay, I'll be that guy. It's spelled "koelschip." I saw one in Belgium at the "Halve Maan" brewery in Bruges:

Indeed. On the side of the cool ship is written, all caps, "KOELSCHIP." Yet for the sake of understanding, the brewery has translated it, and I, in reporting their activities, have followed suit. But a gold star to you for advanced beer and language knowledge.
It occurs to me that you can actually see it in the top picture.
