Sláinte

  1. That was taken, incidentally, yesterday at the County Cork. Sally was out of town over the weekend, and so for her return we went out for a pint.

  2. Ummm...looks to me like they need to be a bit more patient in serving the beer. They appear to not have let the beer settle and finished the pour. For shame! The Guinness folks would be displeased.

  3. True. And it's a bit of a short pour. However, I would like to note that I myself had a nitro Obsidian (the Guinness was Sally's), the head of which tasted wonderfully of blackberry and chocolate. If the brewery can figure out how to turn nitro-Obsidian foam into a mousse or some kind of dessert, they'll make a mint.

  4. Good looking Guinness. Even though, not a perfect pour. It is still better than the 12oz pint I paid for yesterday.
